FacilPay: Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 22, 2026

FacilPay (“FacilPay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a privacy-first messaging and payments platform. We provide a non-custodial software interface for digital asset management and end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) communication. Our mission is to give users full control over their data and assets.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the FacilPay mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Core Privacy Principles

FacilPay is built with privacy as a foundational principle.
Security and privacy are integral to the architecture of the platform.
FacilPay is non-custodial and never has access to private keys, recovery phrases, or user funds.
Only the minimum information required to operate the Services is processed.
FacilPay does not sell personal, behavioral, or transactional data.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

You may choose to provide limited information when using the Services, including public wallet addresses and optional usernames or avatars, as well as information shared when contacting customer support.

FacilPay does not require names, phone numbers, or email addresses to use core features. If contact information is voluntarily provided for support or optional features, it is used solely for that purpose.

Messages and file attachments sent through FacilPay are protected using end-to-end encryption. Message content is encrypted on the user’s device and can only be decrypted by intended recipients. FacilPay servers cannot read, access, or decrypt message content.

2.2 Automatically Processed Technical Information

Limited technical information may be processed automatically to maintain functionality and security. This may include application version, device type, operating system, crash logs, diagnostic data, and IP addresses processed transiently for network communication, security, and fraud prevention.

Automatically processed technical data is not linked to wallet addresses, user identities, or message content. This information is used solely for service operation, security, performance optimization, and abuse prevention. Where possible, diagnostic data is aggregated or anonymized.

2.3 Blockchain Data

Transactions initiated through the Services are broadcast to public blockchain networks. Blockchain data such as wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and transaction hashes is public by design.

FacilPay does not control, modify, or delete information recorded on public blockchains.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

To display real-time blockchain information, including balances and transaction history, FacilPay interacts with third-party blockchain infrastructure providers, commonly referred to as node or RPC providers.

When these requests occur, such providers may receive public wallet addresses and IP addresses or network metadata. These providers operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies. FacilPay does not control or assume responsibility for third-party infrastructure or data practices.

4. Non-Custodial Wallet Responsibility

FacilPay provides the software, while users retain responsibility for security.

Private keys and recovery phrases are generated and stored locally on the user’s device. FacilPay does not store or have access to private keys, recovery phrases, or credentials. FacilPay cannot reset passwords or recover wallets. Loss of recovery credentials may result in permanent loss of access to assets.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Encrypted messages are retained only as necessary for delivery or according to user-configured auto-delete settings.

Users may delete locally stored data and cryptographic keys at any time through the application.

If limited server-side metadata is retained, it is deleted upon verified request, subject to applicable legal or regulatory retention requirements.

Requests related to data deletion may be submitted via https://www.facilpay.io/delete-account or through the contact information below.

6. Web and Decentralized Application Access

The Services may allow access to third-party websites or decentralized applications through in-app views or external links.

Third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies. FacilPay does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, applications, or data practices.

7. International and Regulatory Considerations

FacilPay is accessible globally, and information may be processed in jurisdictions with differing data protection laws.

Where applicable, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations.

As a non-custodial software provider, FacilPay does not act as a financial intermediary and does not collect Travel Rule data unless a user independently opts to use a third-party fiat on-ramp or off-ramp service.

8. Children’s Privacy

FacilPay is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. In certain jurisdictions, including parts of the European Economic Area, higher minimum age requirements may apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or the Services. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
